Reservations and refunds at eARTh | Escola da Terra



Before Buying

To guarantee the best investment experience, we have stablished some basic regulations to be followed by us and you, our costumers. 

 

as eARTh | Escola da Terra we :

  • Make available clear information about our services, avoiding mistakes and confusions upon the buying process.

  • Maintain an online channel to solve possible doubts about our services and forms of payment. 

  • Inform the client about the steps to your order: approval of request, payment confirmation.

  • Effect refunds inside of the stipulated time frame. 

  • Do not effect refunds, outside of the stipulated time frame. 

 

On the side of the client:

  • Verify all characteristics and description of services before effecting your purchase; 

  • In case of cancelation, inform in the maximum deadline of 7 (seven) full days from your payment confirmation for full refund;  

  • Your reservation is guaranteed after the deposit is made. Please, note that the payment must be performed before your arrival. 

  • In case of cancelation, after 7 days the team will analise a possible refund of 50%. Note that this is not a guarantee, for the work is being performed since you book the service.  

  • There is always a possibility to reschedule your visit.
